Whether you’re looking to rehab or hold a property, JM Real Estate Capital has lending solutions for you. We cover loans* for:
For rehab loans, we can cover up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of rehab to a total loan not exceeding 75% of the ARV. For rental loans, we can lend up to 80% of value on a straight purchase, no cash-out refi. Cash-out refinances can receive up to 75% of the value. Ground up loans can receive up to 75% of land purchase and up to 100% of the build cost total. Loan may not exceed ABV of 65%. We have a zero minimum to 5 Million for rehab and rental loans.
Our minimum FICO for both rehab and long term rental loans are 620.

Robert Zivkovic began investing in real estate at the age of 19 while still in the United States Marine Corps. He started Zivkovic & Associates Real Estate Services, LLC as a natural progression for his clients in 2004. With 29 years of real estate experience, Robert guides his team of experienced managers and staff to provide the highest level of service for our clients.
Robert is a regular speaker to real estate investment groups and is often sought after to provide investment analysis and advice. He has trained a long list of managers who now populate the SWFL real estate landscape.
